Arman Residential Complex has explained and developed a modern approach in hotel management industry. This complex has 2 independent and complementary lobbies. The first lobby on the ground floor is allocated to reception and providing public services such as taxi service, management, information and luggage room. The second lobby, located on the 2nd floor, has been designed for such facilities as sitting spaces, coffee shop, restaurant, breakfast room, prayer room and like that. This intelligent design causes that overcrowding clients do not annoy the guests’ rest in the public areas of the residential section.
