With the aim of improving the quality of the building around the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza (PBUH) proportional to the dignity of the pilgrims and neighbors of the Holy Shrine as well as in the performance of reconstruction and renovation plan for the buildings around the Holy Shrine in Mashhad, Arman Complex has been defined. Enjoying the best welfare, recreational and residential facilities, Multipurpose Arman Complex is a knowledge-based complex as a result of teamwork, for which expert manpower and specialists work.
Setareh Arman Toos Co. is among the subsidiary companies of Iranian Atlas Holding Co., and is responsible for constructing the above complex. The complex’s directors follow desirable speed and quality in all of its activities. In different divisions and departments of this complex, such modern facilities and equipment as the most advanced cooling and heating systems, central air conditioner, intelligent building management systems (BMS) (safety and protection) have been designed and constructed so that this complex can be attractive and acceptable for all visitors and users.
In large Arman Trading-Residential Complex, in addition to food court, restaurant and coffee shop, a sports club consisting of swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi are also provided for convenience of the users. Because of quick and first-rate construction, this complex managed to obtain plaque of appreciation as “Superior Project” in Iranian year 1391 (corresponding to March 20, 2012 to March 20, 2013) among other projects around the Holy Shrine.
